Cancellation Policy
To best serve our clients and our staff, we require a minimum 2 hour notice to cancel or make any appointment adjustments. Cancellations made with less than a 2 hour notice will be subject to a charge of 25% of the booked appointment amount.
Out of respect of scheduling and time of service for all of our clients, client arriving more than 6 minutes after the start time of their appointment will likely be asked to reschedule. If possible, we will do our best to alter your service so that we can accommodate upon your arrival. However, given the nature of time and previously booked appointments, there will be cases in which clients are also subjected to the late cancellation/late arrival fee of 25% of the booked service.
Failure to show for a booked appointment will be subjected to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment amount. Clients will not be allowed to book future appointments until policy violation amounts are paid. Credit cards are subjected to a 3% processing fee. No exceptions.
